| Cornichons (pickled baby gherkins) (finely chopped) | 2 tbsp | 2 tbsp |
| Red or green peppers (finely chopped) | 1/2 | 1/2 |
| English mustard | 2 tsp | 2 tsp |
| Salt and pepper | Fresh basil (torn into pieces) | 2 tbsp |

Don't forget to use ham from happy pigs, or karma might come to bite you on the arse.
